2. Description of Services
iTech Media Solutions presents on this website informational content about its software development and IT services. This website is not an online shop.
Engagement of services, pricing and delivery terms are agreed exclusively through a separate B2B (Business-to-Business) commercial contract signed by both parties, governed by Romanian civil law.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (including but not limited to: logos, stylised representations, commercial symbols, static images, dynamic images, text and/or multimedia content) is the exclusive property of iTech Media Solutions S.R.L., with all rights reserved, whether obtained directly or indirectly.
Users may not copy, distribute, publish, transfer to third parties, modify, otherwise alter the use of, link to, display, or include any content in any context other than the one originally intended by iTech Media Solutions S.R.L.
4. Limitation of Liability
The website administrator does not assume responsibility and cannot be held liable for damages arising from the use, in any manner, of products purchased through this website (if applicable) or of the information presented. The website is provided "as is" and "as available", without express or implied warranties.
5. Applicable Law and Disputes
By using the website, the user agrees that Romanian law shall govern these Terms and Conditions of use. For UK and EU clients with separate contractual arrangements, the law applicable may differ as set out in the relevant commercial contract.
In the event of conflicts between iTech Media Solutions S.R.L. and users, the parties shall first attempt to resolve them amicably. If amicable resolution is not possible, the conflict shall be settled by the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania, unless otherwise specified in a B2B contract.

1. Definition and Purpose
An "Internet Cookie" (also known as a "browser cookie" or "HTTP cookie") is a small file made up of letters and numbers that is stored on a user's computer, mobile terminal or other equipment used to access the internet.
Cookies provide users with a smooth browsing experience and support many websites in delivering convenient features (e.g. online privacy preferences, language settings).
2. Types of Cookies We Use
- Strictly Necessary: Essential to enable you to navigate the website and use its features. Without these cookies, we cannot guarantee correct operation of the site.
- Performance & Analytics: We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous information about how visitors use our website (pages visited, time spent, errors encountered). This data does not identify you personally.
- Marketing (Optional): May be used to deliver advertisements relevant to your interests. Currently, this website does not run active remarketing campaigns.
3. Legal Basis for Cookies (UK PECR / EU ePrivacy)
For UK visitors, we comply with the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). For EU visitors, we comply with the ePrivacy Directive. Both require your consent for non-essential cookies (analytics, marketing), which you can provide or withdraw via the cookie banner displayed on your first visit.
4. Managing and Deleting Cookies

1. Categories of Data and Collection Method
We collect personal data only when you provide it voluntarily:
- Through the contact form: first name, surname, email, phone number.
- Through direct correspondence (email): the data contained in your email signature.
- Automatically: IP address (anonymised), browser type and operating system (via server logs for security purposes).
2. Purpose and Legal Basis
We process your data on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps: to respond to quote requests and initiate the commercial relationship.
- Legitimate interest: for website security and to defend our rights in legal proceedings.
- Legal obligation: for invoicing and accounting (when a contract is concluded).
Data is not sold to third parties and is not used for direct marketing without your explicit consent.
3. International Data Transfers (UK ↔ EU)
As a Romanian company, our primary establishment is in the EU. For our UK clients, data transfers between the UK and EU are covered by:
- The EU Commission's adequacy decision for the UK (June 2021), allowing free data flow EU → UK.
- The UK Government's adequacy regulations for the EU, allowing free data flow UK → EU.
- For sub-processors outside the UK/EU (e.g. cloud providers in the US), we use UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) and/or EU Standard Contractual Clauses as appropriate.
4. Retention Period
Data from contact forms is kept for 12 months from the last communication if no commercial contract is concluded. If you become a client, fiscal data is retained per Romanian accounting law (10 years), which is consistent with HMRC requirements for UK clients.
5. Your Rights
As a data subject under GDPR and UK GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of access and information;
- Right to rectification of inaccurate data;
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten");
- Right to restriction of processing;
- Right to data portability;
- Right to object to processing;
- Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
